to Meals on Wheels of the Salinas Valley. We are a non-profit agency that delivers nutritious meals to the homebound elderly and disabled in our area who are unable to shop or cook for themselves.
Our goals are to improve the health and well-being of our clients and help them remain in their homes and maintain their independence. We believe that good nutrition and independent living go hand in hand, and with the help of our caring volunteers and generous donors we make both possible everyday for those who are homebound.
